Senior Software Engineer

In this Senior Software Engineer role, you will design, build and evolve sophisticated software platforms for AI-driven solutions. You’ll work within a highly technical team to solve complex problems and influence architecture and design choices. • Design, develop and enhance software products and platforms
• Lead technical projects from concept through deployment
• Contribute to architecture and design of complex systems
• Collaborate with engineers, researchers and specialists across disciplines
• Analyze and solve challenging technical problems

• Strong commercial software engineering experience with Python
• Experience designing, developing and maintaining production-quality software systems
• Ability to lead technical projects and contribute to architectural decisions
• Experience mentoring and supporting other engineers
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating in highly technical teams
• Experience with Docker and containerisation
• Knowledge of cloud computing environments (beneficial)
• Experience with JavaScript, Rust, or C++ (advantageous)
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, code quality and scalability
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or related STEM field
• Strong academic background with 2:1/1st class degree and BBB+ at A-Level (or international equivalent)
