Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer at Marsh, you will design, develop, and support scalable software in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. • Design, develop, and support scalable software solutions using modern engineering best practices
• Work independently to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical colleagues to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Write clean, maintainable code and robust unit tests in line with coding standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including performance and integration challenges

• 8+ years’ experience in a similar software engineering role
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular
• Proven expertise in TypeScript and JavaScript
• Ability to operate independently and take ownership of delivery
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues
• Experience working in Agile environments and delivering maintainable software solutions
