Senior Software Engineer

In this role you will develop mission-critical software for the Eurofighter Typhoon, collaborating with systems and test engineers to deliver high-performance, safety-critical aerospace software across the full lifecycle. • Design, develop, and test software for safety-critical aerospace systems
• Create software requirements and technical designs for the full SDLC
• Support verification, validation, and software-to-hardware integration
• Adhere to project processes, quality standards and best practices
• Produce technical documentation for development, testing and certification
• Participate in peer reviews, configuration management, and continuous improvement
• Monitor progress and provide updates to project teams and leadership
• Collaborate with systems, hardware, and test engineers to ensure robust solutions

• Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Proficiency in C, C++, C#, or Ada
• Experience developing embedded software in complex or safety-critical environments
• Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
