Overview

In this role you will develop features and platform enhancements for Edenred Paytech, delivering high-quality software into production. You’ll follow standards, improve platform quality, and own issue resolution while contributing to the product’s technical evolution. You’ll work across the full development lifecycle in an agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This is a hands-on role in a global, meritocratic company that values growth and innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Develop features and platform enhancements following Paytech development standards and best practices
  • Contribute across full development lifecycle, including testing and documentation
  • Participate in story creation and refinement within agile principles
  • Triage and resolve issues effectively
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve platform quality, stability, and performance
Key requirements
  • Solid commercial experience with Java
  • Relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle)
  • Spring Boot and Hibernate
  • Microservices and RESTful API development
  • Testing: JUnit, Cucumber, Wiremock, Mockito; TDD and BDD
  • OO analysis and design; clean coding and SOLID principles
  • Agile frameworks and DevOps culture/practices
  • XML/JSON and Java serialization
