The Opportunity

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in creating and evolving the technology that powers the business's future.

You'll be trusted to:

• Design and develop scalable software solutions from concept through to production
• Build intelligent systems leveraging AI and automation technologies
• Deliver modern, high-performance web applications
• Take ownership across the full software development lifecycle
• Solve complex challenges within distributed, high-volume environments
• Drive system performance, reliability, and scalability improvements
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operational teams
• Mentor developers and champion engineering best practices
• Influence architecture decisions and technology strategy
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across tooling, processes, and delivery

• Proven full-stack development expertise

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Experience mentoring or supporting other engineers
