Overview
In this role, you will contribute to DeepL's Enterprise API strategy by building scalable, governance-driven backend features that enable trusted, large-scale adoption. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, compliant, and observable API capabilities for enterprise customers. You’ll drive reliability and safety of the public API while shaping the enterprise experience within a rapidly evolving product-first environment. This is an opportunity to influence how global organizations integrate and govern language AI at scale.

- Enterprise-first mindset and strong communication to earn trust of IT and security admins
- Backend mastery at scale in C# / .NET, design of RESTful APIs and distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with enterprise API building blocks (MCP, CLIs, OAuth) and secure integrations
- Cross-team leadership and ability to manage contracts and dependencies
- Extreme ownership of production operations, incident response, and reliability goals
- Experience with AI-powered tooling to accelerate delivery
