Senior Software Engineer C++

As a Software Engineer at ONI, you will build and deliver high-quality software for automating data acquisition and analysis in super-resolution microscopy. You will work on high-performance C++ applications and image processing solutions to enable non-expert scientists to extract actionable insights. You’ll collaborate across hardware, firmware, and software teams to ensure seamless integration with the Nanoimager platform. • Automate acquisition and analysis workflows for scientists
• Lead delivery of enterprise-scale software solutions
• Design and implement high-performance C++ applications

• Debug hardware/software integration issues at system and signal levels

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Bioinformatics or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in image processing algorithms/applications
• Proficient in modern C++ (C++14/17/20) and low-level programming
• Solid understanding of multi-threaded programming, memory management, and performance optimization
• Experience in Agile/SCRUM software development
