Senior Software Engineer C# .Net

In this role you will design and develop backend services in C#/.NET for a growing fintech platform that serves global investment management partners. You’ll influence architecture and product direction while delivering scalable, high-performance distributed systems. • Design and develop backend services using modern C#/.NET
• Build distributed systems capable of handling large data volumes with strong performance and reliability
• Lead technical design and architecture decisions across the software lifecycle
• Implement optimisation and production delivery improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product direction
• Own significant technical initiatives and drive engineering direction
• Leverage CS fundamentals to solve complex engineering problems
• Mentor and contribute to engineering practices and processes

• Minimum 2.1 BSc in Computer Science or similar technical discipline
• Expertise with modern C# and .NET development
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems, and engineering best practices
• Deep understanding of CS fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, OO design, system design)
• Collaborative mindset and ability to take ownership of initiatives
• Desirable: experience with Python, data-intensive systems, or financial technology environments
