Senior Software Engineer C# .Net - FinTech

In this role you will architect, design and implement features for a flagship desktop insurance platform in an Agile Fintech environment. You will work closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to shape technical decisions and own the delivery of scalable, secure, and maintainable software. The position emphasizes hands-on leadership at the feature level and delivering high-performance desktop applications. • Architect, design and develop new features for a flagship desktop insurance platform
• Collaborate with Product Owner and other teams to shape designs and technical choices
• Provide technical ownership in an Agile environment and drive continual improvement
• Ensure security, reliability, maintainability, usability and performance
• Work on a large-scale system handling billions of requests per month

• C# .Net Core backend development for large, scalable systems
• Strong technical leadership experience (owning features)
• Collaborative, pragmatic, able to influence senior engineers
• Advocate of clean, reusable, maintainable code and MS best practices
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture
• Understanding of CS fundamentals (OOP, data structures, design patterns, algorithms)
• Understanding of CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code
• Familiarity with Azure, SaaS, PaaS, microservices
• Degree in a relevant STEM discipline
