As a Senior Software Engineer, you will strengthen the Chainlink Runtime Environment by designing scalable, reliable platform services and production-grade backend systems. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams to enable resilient workflow execution and support growth of a flagship product. Your work will focus on improving durability, performance, and operational excellence across the CRE platform. - Design, build, and operate highly scalable platform services for CRE
- Lead production backend services and APIs for multiple stakeholders
- Drive architecture improvements for vertical and horizontal scaling
- Improve workflow durability and platform resilience through testing and ops
- Partner with cross-functional teams from design to production deployment
- Strengthen platform ownership by reducing silos and improving docs
- Contribute to reliability through engineering practices aligned with SRE goals
- Experience designing, building, and operating large-scale production platforms
- Advanced proficiency developing production systems in Go (Golang)
- Experience building production APIs and backend applications serving multiple stakeholders
- Strong experience designing and operating distributed systems
- Proven ability delivering reliable, high-quality software through rigorous practices
