Overview

In this role you will develop and support software tools for compliance and regulatory tasks within BAM’s Finance technology group. You’ll collaborate with compliance, trading, and tech teams to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions across pre/post-trade compliance, reporting, and workflow apps. You will balance feasibility, stability, and speed to market to meet business needs in a fast-paced environment. This is a chance to impact how finance and technology intersect while working on a growing suite of regulatory tools.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with compliance, trading and technology teams to deliver software solutions for regulatory space
  • Work in a fast-paced environment to understand and implement business requirements
  • Balance feasibility, stability, scalability, and time-to-market in delivery of solutions
Key requirements
  • 10+ years of professional software development experience
  • Deep expertise in C#
  • Experience writing and optimizing production SQL queries
  • Experience with React and CSS
  • Experience with Python and AWS (a plus)
  • Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies (a plus)
  • Experience with DevOps concepts including CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code (a plus)
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (planning, code generation, testing)
  • Financial industry exposure (a plus)
