Senior Software Engineer - Developer Productivity

In this Senior Software Engineer role, you’ll build and maintain services used by engineering squads and own end-to-end outcomes with autonomy. You’ll engage with stakeholders, prioritise by impact, and navigate ambiguity within aKanban-driven environment. A key focus is enabling AI adoption through productivity tooling and cross-squad collaboration. You’ll support engineers on in-hours rotations, tackling urgent issues with strong debugging and patience. This role offers impact across infrastructure, CI/CD, and AI initiatives in a high-autonomy setting.

• Engage with stakeholders to prioritise work based on impact and manage ambiguity
• Collaborate across squads to unblock and support engineering delivery
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, Golden Paths, and AI productivity tooling
• Drive AI adoption initiatives across the business
• Provide in-hours on-call support for engineers, addressing pipelines, deployments, or novel issues
• Mentor peers, promote collaboration over hierarchy, and take ownership from problem to outcome

• Sound technical decision-making with balance between quality and pragmatism
• Ownership mindset with proactive improvement of software delivery
