Software Engineer responsibilities:

• Engage directly with users, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to identify requirements, applying sound judgement to design and deliver pragmatic, effective solutions


• Take on early responsibility for high-quality end-to-end software delivery


• Partner with client teams to deliver products and projects collaboratively


• Challenge current systems and processes to achieve common goals through technical excellence and innovation


• Keep abreast of industry and technology trends that will keep us at the forefront of what is possible

Software Engineer requirements:

• Strong full-stack or backend development experience


• Familiarity with modern web technologies and cloud platforms


• Understanding of software engineering best practices


• Backend development in languages such as C#, Python, C++, Rust, Java, Typescript or


• other.


• Designing and building RESTful APIs


• Frontend development using React and TypeScript


• Working with SQL databases and modern web frameworks


• Deploying applications to cloud environments (AWS/Azure)

Software Engineer additional criteria:

• STEM degree 2:1 or better from a leading university
