As part of the Realtime/Personalization team, your expertise will help shape the development of mission-critical personalization and customer journey systems. You will leverage your extensive experience in software engineering to deliver impactful features from design through to deployment while successfully collaborating across teams. Your proficiency in both frontend and backend development is vital for this position.
Key Responsibilities: • Design and deliver features for AI-native tools • Collaborate with Product teams for technical scoping • Evolve backend services and React applications • Make architectural decisions across systems • Raise engineering standards through mentorship
Requirements: • 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience • Strong backend proficiency in languages like Ruby, Go, Java, or Kotlin • Knowledge of React and UI component design • Experience with cloud-native architectures • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
