Senior Software Engineer GDK

In this role you will help build a next-generation, cross-platform game framework powering experiences across web, mobile, desktop, and land-based gaming. You will influence architectural direction and tackle performance challenges to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions for multiple games and teams. Collaborating with game developers, QA, and platform teams in Agile environments, you’ll push for engineering best practices and continuous improvement. • Build and evolve a cross-platform game framework used across multiple products and platforms
• Design and develop core framework components used by multiple games, teams, and technologies
• Influence architectural direction to ensure scalability and maintainability
• Address performance and optimization challenges across varied platforms and languages
• Write clean, high-quality code and promote engineering best practices
• Collaborate with game developers, QA, and platform engineering in Agile settings (Scrum/Kanban)
• Contribute to technical discussions and drive continuous improvement in engineering practices
• Stay up-to-date with emerging gaming and tech trends and apply relevant innovations

• Proven experience building complex, scalable software systems
• Strong OOP skills and proficiency in TypeScript, C#, C++, or similar
• Hands-on experience with Unreal, Unity, or equivalent engines
• Experience in Agile software development and iterative delivery
• Pragmatic, performance-focused problem solving balanced with commercial requirements
