Senior Software Engineer I

As a Senior Software , you drive the design and delivery of cutting-edge payments tech that supports merchants and reduces costs. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams to build scalable, resilient systems and mentor junior engineers. You’ll lead priorities and deliverables for key projects, while staying curious about AI and new technologies to boost team productivity. • Lead and drive project priorities, deadlines and deliverables
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management
• Define and design loosely coupled, scalable microservices
• Mentor junior team members and assist in their technical development
• Stay up-to-date with and propagate knowledge of latest technologies

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency in C# .NET, Java, or Go
• Strong understanding of backend or full-stack development principles
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in agile environments and delivering high-quality code under tight deadlines
