- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software for the global financial platform
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver robust features
- Participate in full SDLC from ideation to deployment and maintenance
- Contribute to architectural design discussions and reviews
- Uphold engineering best practices via code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD
- Leverage AI tools responsibly to augment skills and accelerate learning
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
- 7+ years of production-grade software engineering experience
- Fintech or financial services experience
- Strong CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, design, complexity
- Proficiency in at least one modern language (Python, Java, Go)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
