Senior Software Engineer | Identity and Access Management | Full-Stack

In this role you will own the Identity Experience End-to-End, architecting and delivering user-facing features across the identity stack. You will ensure production reliability for enterprise-grade authentication and authorization at scale. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and solve hard product and technical challenges. You will leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate development and focus on high-impact architectural decisions. • Own the Identity Experience End-to-End from problem definition to deployment and reliability
• Build for reliability and user-friendly enterprise authentication/authorization experiences
• Lead designs and scoping with cross-functional teams to solve hard challenges
• Use core stack (C#/.NET Core, Kubernetes, Postgres) and evaluate new tools for long-term maintainability
• Lead incident response and improve operational health and code quality
• Collaborate with Product Management and Support to raise the bar across teams
• Apply AI to boilerplate code, test generation, and debugging to accelerate delivery

• Backend development experience at scale in distributed systems
• Strong expertise in C#/.NET
• Experience with Kubernetes and Postgres
• Solid understanding of authentication/authorization (SSO/OIDC) and security/auditing for enterprise
• Proven incident response and production operations experience
• Ability to design systems with high availability and reliability
