Senior Software Engineer, Infrastructure Platform

Join Genius Sports to help lead the InfraPlat initiatives that unify multiple tech teams under a single strategy. You will shape the core infrastructure platform to enable engineering teams to build, deploy, and operate a massive product catalog consistently. You’ll tackle scale-oriented problems like multi-account Kubernetes, MLOps, standardized deployments, and a company-wide authentication layer. You collaborate with product engineers to scope, prioritize, and eliminate pain points, driving platform adoption. • Lead and implement technical initiatives for the infrastructure platform (InfraPlat)
• Build and maintain multi-account/region Kubernetes clusters
• Advocate for and develop MLOps capabilities
• Create standardized deployment processes across teams
• Develop and maintain the company-wide authentication platform
• Engage with product engineering stakeholders to scope requests, identify shared pain points, and prioritize initiatives

• 6+ years of experience building software and operating platforms
• Experience building applications and automations to reduce toil for engineering teams
• Strong focus on developer experience and amplifying engineers’ output
• Excellent communication skills to drive platform adoption across teams
