We're hiring a Senior Software Engineers/ Lead Engineers to join a highly respected technology consultancy working with some of the UK's largest financial organisations and government departments. You'll work in small, collaborative teams delivering bespoke software solutions while helping shape technical direction and mentoring others.

What you'll be doing:

• Building high-quality software across the full development lifecycle
• Solving complex technical problems for a variety of clients
• Working closely with engineers, testers, designers and stakeholders
• Mentoring colleagues and supporting best practice
• Taking ownership of significant pieces of delivery work

They're hiring at both Senior and Lead Software Engineer level, with a strong focus on Java. They're particularly interested in engineers who are either already working with AI technologies or have a genuine interest in applying AI within software engineering.

More importantly, you'll be a strong problem-solver who enjoys learning new technologies and building maintainable, well-structured systems.
