Senior Software Engineer (Java)

• Develop high-quality software solutions that delight customers
• Mentor junior team members and foster knowledge sharing
• Contribute to architecture, estimation, and product planning in a collaborative team
• Design and develop across multiple layers of an application
• Apply security, scalability, and performance best practices
• Participate in technical decisions and direction
• Support debugging and troubleshooting live applications
• Balance technical decisions with user needs and commercial constraints

• Java and AWS experience
• Experience with Java BPMN 2.0 implementations (Activiti preferred; Camunda/Flowable/jBPM also considered)
• Proficient in designing, building, testing and maintaining modern software applications
• Experience applying development patterns for security, scalability, and performance
• Experience in design and development across multiple layers of an application
• Mentoring junior team members
