Senior Software Engineer — Lead & Scale Health Tech

Abtrace Limited is seeking an experienced engineering leader to drive delivery of scalable software for proactive healthcare in the UK. You will lead cross-functional squads, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product and Design to ship high-impact features and iterate quickly.

You will own technical planning, ensure quality, balance speed and debt, and scale the team as Abtrace grows. The role blends hands-on coding with leadership in a hybrid setup, with the Paddington office as a base.
