Title: Senior Software Engineer (Low-Latency Trading Systems)

Location: Chicago, IL

Compensation: $180k - $250k + Annual Bonus (Ranging from $100k - 150k)

Focus: Low-Latency Trading Systems

Type: Full-Time / Hybrid Remote

We’re partnered with an established proprietary trading firm seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build and optimize high-performance, latency-sensitive trading systems and infrastructure.

This is a highly technical, engineering-driven environment where developers work closely with traders and quantitative researchers and have significant ownership over the systems they build.

What You’ll Need:

• 4+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with C++ or C#
• Experience with multithreading, concurrency, networking, and performance optimization
• Experience building high-performance or latency-sensitive applications
• Comfortable working across Linux and Windows environments

Bonus Points: Trading or HFT experience
