Deel is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Infrastructure – Messaging & Async Platform team. You will design, operate, and scale our messaging infrastructure to support event-driven architectures across multiple engineering teams.

You should have hands-on experience with NATS, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Pulsar, and a solid understanding of distributed systems, observability, reliability, and performance at scale.
