Senior Software Engineer - Platform & Infra Leader

Bauer Media Group is building a new in-house software engineering hub in Manchester. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead hands-on development, shape architectural decisions, and mentor engineers across cross-functional squads supporting Bauer’s audio platform for international markets.

You’ll work in a hybrid model with a focus on delivering secure, scalable systems, DevOps culture, and high-quality engineering practices, while contributing to interviews and team growth.
