Overview
In this role you will bridge hands-on software development with technical leadership to guide a scalable Python platform in a fast-moving FinTech environment. You will mentor engineers, shape architectural decisions, and drive delivery of new capabilities in partnership with Product and engineering stakeholders. The position emphasizes improving engineering standards, tackling complex technical challenges, and influencing the technical roadmap. This is a chance to impact the platform as well as the engineering culture in a well-funded, growth-focused company.

- Mentor developers and drive performance reviews

- Experienced Python developer with full SDLC knowledge
- Cloud knowledge with GCP (AWS/Azure also acceptable)
- Experience building APIs (ideally FastAPI)
- Strong CI/CD, testing, and deployment knowledge
- Solid CS fundamentals (OOP, data structures, design patterns, algorithms)
- Team leadership experience including mentoring and performance reviews
