Overview

In this role you will design and evolve high-performance, mission-critical software to enable global crypto trading. You’ll collaborate with traders and researchers to deliver robust systems across trading, connectivity, and monitoring. You will work on a diverse tech stack and adapt to legacy and new developments to support 24/7 operations. This is a hands-on position at the intersection of finance and engineering with a strong impact on market-making capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the cryptoassets team to sustain high-quality software for 24/7 global trading
  • Architect and build software across trading systems, exchange connectivity, and monitoring
  • Develop tasks using Python or Java and related languages
  • Perform unit, functional, and integration testing to ensure reliability
  • Handle legacy and new development projects
  • Foster collaboration among traders, researchers, and engineers
Key requirements
  • Design, develop, and support mission-critical, high-performance applications
  • Strong experience in Python (5+ years), Java and/or C++
  • Knowledge of network communication (multicast, WebSockets)
  • Proficiency in inter-process messaging, microservices, and API design
  • Familiarity with Functional Programming and Immutable Design
