Overview
Senior Software Engineer to build and support a diverse tech stack powering global crypto trading. You will collaborate with traders and quants to design robust systems spanning trading, exchange connectivity, and monitoring, aligned with core infrastructure services. You’ll work on 24/7 operations, tackling high-performance, mission-critical applications across multiple exchanges and regions. This role offers impact in shaping the trading stack and accelerating systematic market-making in digital assets.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with the cryptoassets team to support 24/7 global trading operations
- Architect and build software systems including trading, exchange connectivity, and monitoring solutions
- Leverage Python, Java, and other languages to deliver development tasks
- Perform unit, functional, and integration testing for reliability and performance
- Maintain legacy code while delivering new development projects
- Foster collaboration among traders, researchers, and software engineers
- Design, develop, and support mission-critical, high-performance applications
- Strong experience in C++, Rust, Java, and Python
- Experience with network communication (multicast, WebSockets)
- Knowledge of inter-process messaging, microservices, and API design
- Familiarity with functional programming and immutable design
- Experience with trading systems is desirable
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
