Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer in a cryptoassets trading context, you will build and support robust software across trading, connectivity, and monitoring systems. You’ll work with traders and researchers to translate high-level requirements into reliable, scalable solutions that power 24/7 global trading. The role blends legacy and new development, with opportunities to influence the tech stack and collaboration culture. You’ll contribute to market-making initiatives in the digital assets space, shaping how the platform trades across exchanges and regions.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the cryptoassets team to sustain high-quality software supporting 24/7 global trading
  • Architect and build systems for trading, exchange connectivity, and monitoring
  • Develop across multiple languages (Python or Java) to deliver tasks
  • Perform unit, functional, and integration testing to ensure reliability and performance
  • Maintain legacy code while delivering new development projects
  • Foster collaboration between traders, researchers, and software engineers
Key requirements
  • Design, develop, and support mission-critical, high-performance applications
  • Strong experience in C++, Rust, Java and Python
  • Knowledge of network communication (multicast, WebSockets)
  • Experience with inter-process messaging, microservices, and API design
  • Familiarity with Functional Programming and Immutable Design
  • Trading systems experience is desirable
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
