Senior Software Engineer - React/Node.js - GCP - AI/LLMs - Central London - £80k-£110k

TrinIT Talent are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our customer's growing technology team. This is a permanent position paying £80,000-£110,000 per annum depending on experience and requires 4 days per week onsite in Central London.

This is a senior full-stack role working on high-traffic digital products, with a focus on modern engineering, scalability and AI-powered capabilities.

You will be responsible for designing and developing scalable applications across both Front End and Back End technologies. You will work across React, Node.js and TypeScript, alongside GCP cloud technologies, while helping to introduce AI and LLM-powered capabilities into customer-facing products and internal tooling.

Key Skills:-

• 5+ years' Software Engineering experience
• Strong React.js, Node.js and TypeScript experience
• Next.js and RESTful APIs
• GCP including Cloud Run
• Kubernetes and Terraform
• AI/LLM integrations, AI agents, RAG or agentic workflows
• Unit, integration and end-to-end testing
• CI/CD, secure coding and DevSecOps
• Experience building scalable, high-traffic applications
• Strong web performance and SEO knowledge

Desirable:-

• React Native
• Sanity or other headless CMS platforms
• Vercel, serverless and edge technologies
• Core Web Vitals
• Large-scale content platform experience
