Senior Software Engineer - Rust (No Rust required)

In this role you will build scalable backend systems for a fast-growing UK defense startup. You will join a technically focused team that values deep engineering judgment, with flexibility to work as a pure backend or full-stack contributor. The stack includes Rust, TypeScript, and React on the frontend, with emphasis on high-throughput, event-driven designs. • Develop and maintain backend services (Rust)
• Contribute to product-focused architecture decisions
