Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead

In this hands-on leadership role you will deliver high-quality software while guiding a cross-functional team in an Agile Scrum setting. You’ll balance technical delivery with people leadership, mentoring engineers and collaborating with product, architecture, and QA colleagues. Expect to shape the product through architecture input, code reviews, and engineering best practices. The position combines hands-on coding with team development and strategic technical input to drive the product forward.

• Collaborate in an Agile Scrum team to deliver products, features, and fixes
• Provide technical guidance during planning, design, and estimation
• Contribute to design, development, code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting
• Promote engineering excellence via standards and QA processes
• Communicate risks and dependencies clearly and escalate as needed
• Lead, mentor, and support team members including career development
• Stay aware of emerging technologies and assess their relevance
• Collaborate with geographically distributed teams across regions and time zones
• Support continuous improvement within the team and Agile processes

• Minimum 6 years of experience with complex software applications
• Strong commercial experience with Java and C++
• Solid understanding of software design principles and patterns
• Proven experience with code reviews and QA processes
• Experience with source control and CI/CD tooling (GitLab)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and capable of independent work while contributing in a team
