Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship within project teams and contribute to technical decision-making
  • Design for high performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Engage with product managers, designers, developers, and executives to align architecture with business needs
  • Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated, scalable software solutions with architectural excellence
  • Uphold code quality through rigorous reviews and optimization
  • Tackle complex technical challenges with innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on planning and execution
  • Stay current with technology trends and bring innovative ideas to the team
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
Key requirements
  • 7-10+ years in software development with SaaS or cloud experience
  • Experience leading or playing key roles in significant software projects
  • Strong collaboration skills for planning and feature implementation
  • Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) for microservices
  • Proficiency in designing and architecting microservices, including distributed data management and event-driven architectures
  • Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-based data storage (SQL, NoSQL, caches)
  • Strong programming skills in Java/Kotlin, Python, or C#, and RESTful APIs
  • Familiarity with server management, networking, and cloud services; understanding SDLC stages
