- 7-10+ years in software development with SaaS or cloud experience
- Experience leading or playing key roles in significant software projects
- Strong collaboration skills for planning and feature implementation
- Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) for microservices
- Proficiency in designing and architecting microservices, including distributed data management and event-driven architectures
- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-based data storage (SQL, NoSQL, caches)
- Strong programming skills in Java/Kotlin, Python, or C#, and RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with server management, networking, and cloud services; understanding SDLC stages
