Lead software delivery at SRC CAN Ltd in Ottawa’s hybrid environment, applying distributed systems and data engineering expertise to EWOSS solutions.

As a Senior Software Developer, you will support Intelligence Mission Data and Operational Mission Data products for DND. The work spans SIGINT, Electronic Warfare, and RF modeling and simulation software. You will combine technical leadership, Agile collaboration, and team mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate technical delivery for the software development team
  • Lead and mentor intermediate and junior software developers
  • Contribute designs, requirements, tests, code, and integration
  • Collaborate with domain experts to elicit software designs
  • Monitor, manage, and report project status

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in computer science or related discipline
  • Six or more years of software development experience
  • Experience developing distributed software systems
  • Applied data engineering knowledge and experience
  • Eligibility for Canadian Controlled Goods and Level 3 clearance
