Overview

As a Senior Software QA Engineer, you ensure quality across the software development lifecycle. You work with Developers, BAs, stakeholders and colleagues to align on outcomes and deliver functional, performance, and non‑functional requirements with a satisfying UX. You drive continuous quality improvements and embed QA techniques for right‑first‑time delivery and team productivity. You also evolve QA processes, metrics and automated tests to keep them fit‑for‑purpose. This role offers the chance to shape quality in a collaborative, fast‑paced IT environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead quality assurance across the software development lifecycle
  • Collaborate with developers, BAs, stakeholders to ensure outcomes and UX
  • Champion continuous improvement and high-quality practices
  • Support timely, high-quality delivery of change projects
  • Evolve, document and maintain QA processes, metrics and test library including automated tools/scripts
Key requirements
  • Proven QA/test experience across mobile and multiple operating systems
  • Extensive knowledge of test management and automated testing software
  • Experience documenting, analyzing and troubleshooting errors
  • Understanding of the software development process, including Agile
