Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst

As a member of the Insurance Squad, you will define and execute testing strategies for enterprise software solutions. The permanent role covers test automation frameworks, web application testing, backend services, integration points, and agile delivery. You will collaborate with developers, product owners, Scrum Masters, business testers, and other stakeholders to support reliable releases. EDC seeks candidates with an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define test strategies aligned with architecture, timelines, and quality objectives
• Write and execute manual and automated test cases
• Maintain frameworks and scripts for risk-based scenarios
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD development lifecycles
• Track defects and support User Acceptance Testing

Requirements:

• Five years of QA automation or software development experience
• Five years of web application testing experience
• Three years testing backend services and integration points
• Two years of Agile working experience
• Azure DevOps, Jira, or comparable tool experience
