Senior Software Quality Engineer

Lead software quality across Canada remotely, using test strategy, API validation, and defect investigation for enterprise life sciences applications.

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will own quality throughout development and release. Apply QA methodologies, SQL, Unix/Linux, and Agile collaboration across complex systems. Your work supports reliable software for life sciences organizations improving data quality and therapy delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage requirements analysis, planning, execution, and validation
• Develop tests for functionality, reliability, and performance
• Validate cross-platform workflows, integrations, APIs, and data flows
• Document test plans, knowledge articles, and detailed defects
• Investigate root causes and support high-quality releases

Requirements:

• At least five years of quality engineering experience
• Strong QA methodologies and testing strategy knowledge
• Hands-on web application, API, and integration testing experience
• Unix/Linux debugging and SQL data validation proficiency
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
