Senior Software Team Lead - React/Node + AWS

Debenhams Group in Manchester is seeking a Team Lead for our Software Development team to guide four engineers, balance hands-on coding with people management, and drive technical direction across internal apps. The stack includes React and Node.js on AWS with event-driven patterns; you’ll plan sprints, prioritise the backlog, review code, own incident response, and mentor your team.

The role is based at our central Manchester office 3 days per week, in a fast-changing retail tech environment
