Senior Software Technology Manager

As a Senior Software Technology Manager at Arm, you shape software enablement and optimization for key customers within Arm’s ecosystem. You’ll bridge Arm technologies with customer needs, defining roadmaps and product plans across software components. Your work spans engaging with open-source communities to delivering complete software solutions for partners in multiple market segments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategy, prioritise features, and articulate value to customers and sales teams. • Evaluate the full value chain for customers, including productization, support, and QA of delivered software
• Translate market segment needs into actionable product plans
• Prioritize features with internal teams and software vendors to meet customer needs
• Perform competitive analysis of Arm-based solutions vs. competitors
• Engage with open-source communities and communicate software value to customers and sales teams

• Experience creating and managing software requirements within a product delivery context
• Strong communication skills with customers, suppliers, and team members to formulate strategic plans
• Software development experience (firmware, OS, or application development)
