Senior Solution Architect

In this role, you shape architectural strategy and lead the design of AI-driven, cloud-native solutions for large-scale enterprises. You enable business transformation by embedding intelligent capabilities into complex ecosystems and ensuring architecture aligns with enterprise standards. You govern end-to-end solution architectures, lead multi-workstream delivery, and mentor teams while advising senior stakeholders. This position offers impact across AI/ML integration, cloud-native patterns, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid, London-based setting.

• Define and govern end-to-end solution architectures for enterprise-scale systems
• Lead architectural discovery, design and delivery across multiple workstreams
• Architect AI/ML pipelines and integrate capabilities such as generative AI and predictive analytics
• Align architectural solutions with enterprise standards and business objectives
• Act as a trusted technology advisor to senior stakeholders
• Mentor engineering teams and ensure consistent application of architectural principles
• Drive architectural governance and support technical risk management

• 15+ years of relevant experience in software architecture and solution design
• Proven experience designing AI/ML solutions, including LLM integration and MLOps
• Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong expertise in microservices architecture and cloud-native patterns
• Solid understanding of data platform architecture
• Hands-on experience with Python-based ecosystems and API design
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including C-level interaction
• Experience in the energy or utilities sector
• Familiarity with EPAM delivery models and distributed teams
• Relevant certifications in cloud architecture (AWS SA, GCP Professional Architect) or AI/ML
