As a hands-on Senior Solution Architect, you will lead a diverse portfolio of initiatives in a hybrid London setting. You will drive on-prem to AWS migrations, platform modernization, and regulatory/compliance improvements while ensuring stability of critical platforms. Working with Product, Operations, and Engineering, you align transformation with business priorities and risk management. You will shape scalable, resilient solutions within complex legacy ecosystems and deliver tangible impact. This role offers meaningful influence on cloud adoption and modernization at scale.
Responsibilities- Lead a portfolio of initiatives including on-prem to AWS migration, platform modernization, and operational risk remediation
- Architect and deliver scalable, resilient cloud-based solutions within complex legacy environments
- Ensure transformation aligns with business priorities while maintaining stability of critical platforms
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Engineering to drive alignment and execution
