Senior Solution Consultant (Fully Remote)

As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will provide a white-glove experience and drive implementation of cutting-edge CXA and CCaaS solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and contribute to the development of templates and best practices. Key Responsibilities: Lead strategic implementations with new and existing customers that align with strategic objectives. Provide guidance and hands-on support to ensure technical alignment and project success. Collaborate with internal teams to address feature requests and resolve issues. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a technical field or significant professional experience. 3+ years in Professional Services or Consulting with a focus on AI or automation in SaaS.
