Senior Solution Designer

In this role you will design solutions for medium to complex intralogistics projects, leading the technical presales process and translating customer requirements into practical concepts. You will work with cross-functional teams, create 3D layouts, and prepare budgets to deliver robust intralogistics solutions. The position offers remote work with travel to customer sites or the head office as needed, within a global robotics-focused environment. You will shape projects that push automation and data-driven optimization for customers.

• Understand customer requirements and autonomously develop solutions for medium to complex projects
• Lead the technical presales process, including designing concepts and solutions
• Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and workshops during pre-sale and sales activities
• Analyze complex customer data and processes to craft appropriate intralogistics concepts
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to define solutions
• Create material flow diagrams, select technologies, and dimension subsystems
• Prepare solution layouts using 3D tools/CAD
• Prepare budget costing using standard tools for medium complexity projects
• Act as customer-facing leader for solution and technical aspects

• Experience in intralogistics solution design
• Experience with AutoCAD or Revit
• Familiar with common solution design standards in logistics
• High level of independence, winning demeanour, assertiveness
• Proficient IT user on MS Office, CRM & ERP systems
• Design & Technical background in the material handling industry
• Data analysis skills; PowerBI or SQL knowledge desirable
