Senior Solution Specialist (D365)

In this role you will own the design, configuration and adoption of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain modules within ASOS Tech. You will partner with Finance and Supply Chain teams to enable end-to-end operational excellence, data integrity, and efficient processes. You’ll apply AI and Power Platform to streamline workflows, lead cross-functional training, and drive smooth cutovers and long-term support. This is a hands-on, impact-focused senior role in a fast-growing tech-enabled retail environment.

• Own long-term stability, scalability, and compliance of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain modules
• Lead functional design and configuration for Inventory, Procurement & Sourcing, Purchase Orders, Product Information Management, Landed Cost
• Collaborate with Finance and Tech to align end-to-end processes
• Support SIT/UAT testing and QA of deliverables
• Contribute to design and support of integrations between Dynamics 365 and external/internal systems
• Identify process optimisation and automation opportunities using Power Platform and AI
• Provide training and knowledge sharing for adoption and smooth operations
• Maintain documentation, configuration standards, and governance processes
• Oversee data migration, configuration, and testing prior to QA handover
• Lead and manage 3rd party functional resources and internal/permanent staff

• Extensive experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with proven configuration capability
• Strong expertise across D365 SCM modules: Inventory, Procurement & Sourcing, Purchase Orders, Product Information Management, Landed Cost
• Understanding of how SCM transactions interact with Finance modules
• Experience across the full project lifecycle and ongoing support/enhancement
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to work under pressure and deliver high-quality outcomes to tight deadlines
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Expert
