Senior Solution Specialist (D365)

As a Dynamics 365 Senior Consultant - Supply Chain at ASOS Tech, you lead the design, configuration and adoption of SCM modules within Dynamics 365, partnering with Finance and Tech to enable end-to-end operational excellence. You will own data migration, integrations, and process automation with Power Platform and AI to boost efficiency. You’ll coach colleagues, maintain governance and documentation, and ensure scalable, compliant solutions. This role sits at the intersection of business impact and technology, shaping how ASOS delivers value across Supply Chain.

• People management of perm ASOSers and 3rd party resources
• Own Dynamics 365 Supply Chain modules for stability, scalability and compliance
• Lead functional design and configuration for Inventory, Procurement & Sourcing, Purchase Orders, Product Information Management, Landed Cost
• Collaborate with Finance and Tech for end-to-end process alignment
• Support SIT/UAT and QA quality assurance of deliverables
• Contribute to design and support of integrations between Dynamics 365 and external/internal systems
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation using Power Platform and AI capabilities
• Provide training and knowledge sharing for smooth adoption and operations
• Maintain documentation, configuration standards and governance processes

• Extensive experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with proven configuration capability
• Strong expertise across D365 SCM modules: Inventory, Procurement & Sourcing, Purchase Orders, Product Information Management, Landed Cost
• Understanding of how SCM transactions interact with Finance modules
• Experience across the full project lifecycle and ongoing support/enhancement
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to work under pressure and deliver high-quality outcomes to tight deadlines
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Expert
