Senior Solution Specialist - D365

As a Dynamics 365 Senior Consultant for Supply Chain at ASOS Tech, you own solution design, quality, and stakeholder engagement for Supply Chain modules within Dynamics 365 F&O. You will drive data migrations, integrations, and optimisation using Power Platform and AI to improve efficiency and control. Partner with Finance and Tech to ensure end-to-end process alignment and governance, while coaching others and enabling smooth cutover. This role combines hands-on delivery with advisory leadership in a fast-growing, in-person team.

• Own long-term stability, scalability, and compliance of Dynamics 365 SCM modules
• Lead functional design and configuration for Inventory, Procurement & Sourcing, Purchase Orders, Product Information Management, Landed Cost
• Collaborate with Finance and Tech to align end-to-end processes
• Support SIT/UAT and ensure deliverable quality
• Design and support integrations between Dynamics 365 and external/internal systems
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation using Power Platform and AI
• Provide training and knowledge sharing to enable adoption and smooth operations
• Maintain documentation, configuration standards, and governance processes
• Mentor and manage perm ASOSers and 3rd party Functional resources

• Extensive experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with proven configuration capability
• Strong expertise across D365 SCM modules: Inventory, Procurement & Sourcing, Purchase Orders, Product Information Management, Landed Cost
• Understanding of how SCM transactions interact with Finance modules
• Experience across the full project lifecycle and ongoing support/enhancement
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to work under pressure and deliver high-quality outcomes to tight deadlines
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Expert
