Overview

In this role you drive the design, delivery and integration of Decisioning Solutions content and accelerators within Experian’s DS engineering team. You will reduce complexity, time-to-delivery and cost for client integrations while aligning with global product teams. You’ll lead multi-disciplinary delivery squads, coach juniors, and provide consultancy to Pre-Sales, SI, and Risk teams. The role blends hands-on engineering with strategic delivery, enabling scalable, cloud-enabled client solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver proof-of-concept, templates and accelerators for System Integration teams
  • Reduce integration complexity, time to deliver, cost and risk while boosting customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Global Engineering and local teams to engineer efficient, localized solutions
  • Focus on cloud cost optimisation across cloud-based client integrations
  • Provide expert consultancy to Pre-Sales, SI, Service Support and Risk Management
  • Lead delivery fireteams, balancing delivery models (Waterfall, Agile) and coordinating analysts, PMs, implementers, developers and testers
  • Ensure deliveries meet timelines and budgets, proactively managing issues and risks
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ESS, Product Management, Customer Value Office, GTM, Product Capability, Systems Integration, Security, Audit and Risk teams to streamline processes
  • Occasionally manage relationships with competitors, partners, and clients to enable new capability engineering
Key requirements
  • Expert understanding of Decisioning Solution products and client deployments
  • Experience leading development, delivery, and consultative teams in financial services

  • Project Management experience in client-facing environments
  • Familiarity with waterfall and agile methodologies and scaled agile delivery
  • Commercial acumen aligned with contracted commitments
  • Ability to balance competing projects and provide thought leadership
