Overview

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will lead the deployment of containerized Celonis solutions in customer environments, acting as the technical lead for successful onboarding. You translate complex customer requirements into actionable deployments, ensure seamless integrations, and guide authentication and user management to maximize adoption. You will collaborate with product teams to drive reusable platform enhancements and own real-time data integrations via APIs. This role puts you at the forefront of AI-powered process intelligence, shaping how large enterprises scale Celonis capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead technical delivery and onboarding for enterprise clients, driving deployment success
  • Analyze customer architecture and recommend optimal, feasible solutions
  • Remove technical obstacles to maximize user adoption and manage risk/tradeoffs
  • Promote reusability by balancing bespoke solutions and platform enhancements
  • Establish real-time data integrations between customer systems and Celonis via APIs
  • Guide authentication, user/group provisioning and access control best practices
Key requirements
  • 5+ years of experience, with 3+ years deploying and managing containerized apps on Kubernetes
  • Advanced knowledge of at least one Kubernetes distribution (EKS, AKS, OpenShift)
  • Eligibility for UK Security Check (SC) clearance or existing clearance
  • Strong experience in deploying, scaling, securing, and maintaining HA containerized apps on Kubernetes
  • Proven IaC implementation experience (Terraform); Helm or Kustomize preferred
  • Fluency with tools like ArgoCD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Ansible (plus)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) a plus
  • Experience with REST/SOAP API-Management, data ingestion/streaming (Kafka), SSO, LDAP, IT security, Agile
  • Experience with Python, SQL, data pipelines & ETL for large data sets a plus
  • Knowledge of security and compliance in enterprise apps
  • Solid project-management and customer-facing collaboration skills
  • Ability to translate deep technical discussions for broader audiences
