Overview

As a Solutions Architect at Elastic, you act as a technical authority for sales, customers, and partners, guiding the adoption of the Elastic Stack to solve business challenges. You’ll engage the regional Elastic community through events and programs while driving continuous learning and process improvements. The role sits at the intersection of sales and engineering, translating customer goals into value-based offerings. You will contribute to a culture of curiosity and impact by shaping technical and strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for clients
  • Understand customer goals and map Elastic offerings to their needs
  • Build value-based relationships across customer organizations
  • Participate in all phases of territory planning and execution, from discovery to technical win
  • Demonstrate Elastic products and solutions in meetings and events
  • Advise sales on effective positioning of Elastic products and services
  • Onboard and enable partners and support them in sales cycles
  • Create collateral and collaborate with colleagues to meet client needs
  • Voice customer/community needs to engineering and leadership teams
  • Pursue self-driven education and leverage Elastic development opportunities
Key requirements
  • Track record of success in a technical presales role
  • Experience in AI enterprise search, observability or cybersecurity (must)
  • Experience with security solutions (advantage)
  • Experience with large or mid-size organisations
  • Ability to articulate and sell benefits of modern platforms and technologies
  • Curiosity and continuous learning mindset
  • Strong relationship-building and influence skills
  • Willingness to travel ~30% domestically and occasionally internationally
