Senior Solutions Architect

In this Senior Solution Architect role, you will lead solution architecture and design activities, translating complex business needs into secure, scalable technology. You will partner across business, product, engineering and infrastructure to ensure alignment with architectural principles, security standards and regulatory requirements. • Define and govern global target-state architecture, roadmaps, standards and reusable patterns for Document Intelligence domains (IDP, OCR, AI/ML, workflow orchestration, integrations, data, observability)
• Design scalable solutions using OCR, computer vision, ML, LLMs and generative AI with governance, explainability and risk controls
• Lead API-first, event-driven and microservices architectures for document ingestion, classification, extraction, routing and processing
• Ensure architecture adheres to security, privacy, regulatory, audit, records management and AI governance requirements
• Evaluate emerging technologies, define target architectures and migration strategies, drive innovation via proofs of concept
• Support delivery teams with solution design, risk management, implementation guidance and operational readiness
• Partner with business, product, architecture, security, risk, compliance and delivery stakeholders to provide architectural direction and executive recommendations
• Maintain architecture deliverables including reference architectures, roadmaps, design records, integration standards, governance frameworks and risk assessments

• Strong experience in enterprise architecture, integration, distributed systems, and multi-technology environments
• Proven expertise in intelligent document processing, OCR, workflow/BPM, AI/ML, cloud platforms, and API-led integration
• Proven track record delivering scalable enterprise solutions using microservices, RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures
• Extensive experience in cloud-based applications and solutions across multiple channels
• Strong technical leadership and ability to influence across architects, engineers and specialist teams
• Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, communication and influencing skills
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a delivery and operational adoption focus
